Wilson Tant Hathcote

He was born on July 3, 1943 in Jackson, TN to the late Wilson T. and Willie Grace Dudley Hathcote. He wore many hats in his life...including serving in the army, as a business man, construction work and security guard. He loved to go to auctions and yard sales. He always said one man's junk is another man's treasure. He loved spending time with his grandchildren. Was always telling a good story or joke and loved to make people laugh.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Mary Helen Cagle, Alice Jane Barnes, Lessie Mae Kirk, James Wayne Hathcote and Gene Allen Hathcote; and a granddaughter Ashlyn Sanders

He is survived by his daughter, Amanda Sanders (Russell) of Henderson, sons Wilson Hathcote III and Charles Hathcote of Jackson. Five grandchildren Brandon Hathcote, Andrew Sanders, Gracelyn Sanders, Wilson Sanders and Willow Sanders and one great grandchild Christopher Hathcote and a sister Betty Catherine Elder.

Memorial services for Mr. Hathcote will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at 10 am at Christ Community Church, 638 White Avenue, Henderson, TN 38340
