William Earl “Sonny Boy” Byrum

William Earl Byrum "Sonny Boy" of Jackson TN was born on August 29th 1941 and left this world on July 31st 2023. He loved hunting, fishing, Nascar races, the St. Louis Cardinals, and watching Gunsmoke! He attended Beech Bluff school. William was preceded in death by his father, William C. Byrum; mother Elizabeth A. Byrum; his wife, Betty L. Byrum; sisters, Barbara Ann Byrum, and LouElla Cupples; brother William Curtis Byrum Jr.; grandson Christopher B. Anderson; and granddaughter, Betty A. Ingram. William is survived by two daughters, Patricia C. Anderson (Joe) and Margaret Ingram; four grandchildren, Hailey Anderson, Justin Jay, Alex Ingram, and Johnathon Byrum; three great grandchildren, Elijah Jay, Nevaeh Ingram, Tracee Ingram; and his best buddy Brutus (furbaby). He is also survived by one sister Linda Alexander (Gary); and one brother Jerry Byrum; a niece, Pickle; and several nephews and great nephews.
