Born on January 29, 1948, in Washington, D.C., she lived a life filled with love, faith, and devotion to her family and community. Margaret found great joy in her passion for collecting dolls, a lifelong hobby that brought her happiness and connected her with others who shared her enthusiasm. A devout member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Henderson, Tennessee, Margaret was deeply committed to her faith, which shaped her life and the many relationships she nurtured along the way.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Guy and Grace Bennett Gordon; her beloved husband, Glen Morrison; her brother, Guy Sr.; her son, Richard Catoe; and two cherished grandchildren.
Margaret is survived by her loving daughter, Karen Henderson (Virgil), and her devoted son, Guy Catoe (Julie). She is also remembered fondly by her sisters, Mary, Louise, and Joyce; her brothers, Frank, Bill, and Jimmy; her nine grandchildren; and her many great-grandchildren, who will forever cherish her memory.
Margaret’s kindness, strength, and unwavering faith left a lasting impression on all who knew her. Her family and friends will carry her spirit in their hearts, finding comfort in the hope and love she shared during her lifetime.
