A Tennessee native and a resident of Pensacola, Florida, Ms. Clark was born on October 26, 1959 to Ed and Edith Wheeler of Jackson TN living mostly in the Malesus community. In 1972, the family moved to Palatine, IL. Ms. Clark graduated from Fremd High School in Palatine with the class of 1977. She attended the University of Tennessee-Martin, where she attained a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. She continued her love of the law and completed her paralegal certification in Nashville, TN. She began her legal career in Nashville, then eventually moved to Pensacola to continue her career as a paralegal. She was employed by Stephen T. Holman, P.A. for over 15 years.
Ms. Clark took great pride in her work, enjoyed spending time with her family, and absolutely loved playing with her grandchildren and great nieces. She also took pleasure in the occasional gardening and especially cherished Country Music Awards (CMAs) sleepovers and beach time with her closest friends! She lived, loved, gave life, and delighted in all of those around her. She was beautiful in every way. Lisa (AKA Lei Lei to the little ones) will forever be in our hearts. The impact that she made on friends and family will never be forgotten. The most beautiful things in life are memories and moments. We shall celebrate the ones shared with her.
Ms. Clark is survived by her son, James Clark III (J.B.) and his wife Tyra, her daughter, Mrs. Christian (Jessica) Fisher of New Iberia, LA; her five grandchildren, Shea, Waylon, Reed, Scarlett, and Weston all of New Iberia, LA; her mother Edith Wheeler, and two brothers Danny (Beverly) and Edwin all of Jackson, TN and five nieces and nephews.
