Frances Lucille Cisco Stephenson

Funeral services for Frances Lucille Cisco Stephenson, age 88, will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, January 19, 2015 at the North Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons, with Bro. Nick Angel officiating. Burial will follow at Hollywood Cemetery.

Mrs. Stephenson was born in Hardeman County, Tennessee on December 25, 1926, the daughter of the late John A. and Tempie Callahan Dickerson. During her working career she was a bookkeeper for Baker's Drug Store for 23 years, and retired from Jackson Madison County General Hospital as a Nursing Assistant with 10 years of service. She was a member of the Pleasant Plains Church of Christ.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Oather Cisco; a second husband, C.W. Stephenson; a son, Jerry Cisco, and several siblings.

She is survived by her son, David E. Cisco (Sandra) of Jackson, TN; three grandchildren, Jeff Cisco (Rhonda), Luanne Holt (Brent), Shane Cisco (Amanda), all of Jackson, TN; one sister, Olene Able of Three Way and eight great-grandchildren, Kayla Cisco, Carter Holt, Emily Cisco, Jessica Cisco, Will Cisco, Carson Holt, Zack Cisco, and Carley Holt, and several extended family members.

Visitation with the family will be held on Sunday, January 18, 2015 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m., at George A. Smith and Sons North Chapel; a second visitation will begin on January 19, 2015 from 9 a.m. until service time.

The family asked that memorials be made to the Carl Perkins Child Abuse Center in Jackson, TN.
