My deepest sympathy for this beautiful lady.  I am the current Executive Director of Credit Professionals International and have know Nona for over 40 years.  I just found out that she had passed away in November of 2023, no one notified me about this, sorry for the tardiness of the condolences.  I will include her name on our Celebration of life service that we will be conducting at our Annual meeting in St. Louis, Mo. this May.
I was going to call her and let her know that her favorite singer, Andy Childs, will be the opening act at my local fair in Knoxville, Il. in July.

I was so glad that Jan and I went to see Nona when she was in the hospital.  We had a good time remembering many of the family times of days gone by.  Nona remembered when Nancy and I last visited her at her home.  At reunions, Nona and Bill spent so much time together as they were the cousins close in age.  Lucy has enjoyed the dining room furniture and mirror  that the aunts took such good care of and passed on to Nona,  and Nona passed on to her.  
As we celebrate Nona's life today, I will always remember this day as it is also Bill's birthday,  When Nona came to Bill's visitation, she looked at him and said, "I know you had rather been in the floor!  (She knew him so well and knew where he always took his naps.)
It has been my pleasure to know Nona and be part of her life.
