Franklin D. Russell, 86, a native of Jackson, MS passed away.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred D. and Evie Pearl Russell of Bolton, MS.
Survivors include his two daughters, Starlet R Cook of Bolton and Selina C Russell of Biloxi. He is also survived by three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
