Dianne was born on September 2, 1960 in Jackson, MS. She graduated from Wingfield High School and went on to receive her nursing degree from Hinds Community College. She enjoyed growing beautiful flowers and spending time with her family and friends, but most of all she loved being with her grandchildren. She always had time to listen without judgement and offer advice where she could. She was understanding, compassionate and selfless. Dianne will be remembered by all who loved her as a devoted mother, doting grandmother, and loyal friend.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Dale and Grace Marie Gant Harris; brother, Mickey Cummins; and canine companions, Barron and Gracie.
Dianne is survived by her sons, Barry Davis (Jennifer) and Josh Davis (Becky Kyler); brother, Richard Cummins (Cheryl); sister, Gayle Case (Paul); grandchildren, Claire, Charlie Grace and Owen Davis; and special cousin, Deanna Abdullah. She also leaves numerous extended family and friends to cherish her memory.
