Of Jackson, passed away on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at the age of 60. He was preceded in death by his father, Gerald Phillips. Timothy will be remembered by his mother, Carol Harner; sister, Donna (Joe) Gettings, of Missouri, Tammy (Craig) Sanford; step-brothers, Jeff (Richelle) McFate, Tim (Pat) Harner, and Dennis (Karen) Harner; step-sister, Karen (Craig) Garver all of Jackson as well as several nieces, nephews many cousins, loving family members and friends. He was born in Hastings, Michigan on April 13, 1963 and is a 1981 Graduate of Hanover Horton High School. Tim loved to hunt and trap with his father. He enjoyed playing cards and going to auctions. He was fond of his job as a dealer at FireKeepers Casino. Cremation has been selected and there will be no services at this time. Timothy will be laid to rest will family members at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
