Of Jackson, Michigan Passed away on Sunday, December 17, 2023, at the age of 99. Carl was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Phyllis T. Andrews. He is survived by two sons, Doug (Veronika) Andrews and Gregory (Angela) Andrews; grandsons, Kevin and Ryan Andrews, Dimas Prasetya, and brother, Harold (Gloria) Andrews. Carl was a veteran of WW II and upon returning home joined the Sheet-Metal Union where he retired after many years of service, as well as a small business owner. In keeping of his wishes cremation has been selected, however no services will be rendered.
