76, of Indianapolis passed away on October 9, 2016. Bill retired form the Indianapolis Police Department. He is survived by his loving wife; Leslie White and children; William R. White Jr., Phillip Andrew White, Richard White and Jamie (Brian) Delfin. A Memorial Gathering will be held at Garfield Park Baptist Church (1061 E. Southern Ave., Indianapolis, In. 46203) on Saturday, October 22, 2016 from 10:00am-11:00am. A Celebration of Life Service will follow immediately at the church.
