91, of Indianapolis, passed away November 11, 2016. Paul was born April 30, 1925 in Rome, KY the son of the late Edward and Mary Ruth Collignon. Paul worked at Naval Avionics as chief patent attorney and after his retirement started his own law practice. He was an ardent advocate of the rights of the unborn. He was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church, Toastmasters, past Grand Knight at St. Pius X Knights of Columbus and a WW II Army
Veteran. He is survived by his wife: Jeanette Dillman Collignon, daughters: Marcia Ann (Michael) Young and Kathleen (Tim) Murphy, son: Thomas (Jodie) Collignon, 7 grandchildren and a great granddaughter. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter: Courtney Murphy and brother: Herbert. Visitation will be Monday, November 14, from 4:00 – 8:00 pm at Feeney-Hornak Keystone Mortuary. Mass of
Christian Burial will be Tuesday, November 15, 11:00 am in St. Pius X Catholic Church with visitation one hour prior to Mass.
