Mr. Thomas Jerome Howard, 64, Indianapolis, passed away on May 22, 2017.He retired from the Department of Veteran Affairs and he was a United States Army Veteran. Thomas leaves to cherish his memory, children: Tamika McMillan of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Larry Wayne Howard of Topeka, Kansas and Thomas J. Howard, Jr. of Indianapolis; siblings: David Howard, Richard Howard, Gwendolyn Howard, Pamela Roberson of Louisville, Kentucky and Rita LaTosha Brazelton; 4 grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends. The visitation is Wednesday, May 31, 2017, 10am - 12pm, with the service at 12pm at Community Life Line Christian Church. The interment will immediately follow in Crown Hill Cemetery.
