Karen Lee Price 67, of Brownsburg, passed away unexpectedly in her home the morning of July 19th. Karen was born May 18, 1955, in Indianapolis, Indiana the daughter of the late Karl and Jacquelin Allen.
Karen is survived by her longtime companion and friend Bruce Price, her children Jeff (Tesa) Baker and Tia Teters; her grandchildren Lacey (Kyle) Baker, Gabe, David, and Rose Teters; and one great granddaughter Hannah Lang. Also, sisters Terrill Allen and Marcia (Allen) McComb, several nieces, nephews, and their families.
Karen was preceded in death by both parents Karl Allen and Jacquelin McCurdy Allen, as well as her son Tristan Anthony Price.
Karen was a strong, caring, sweet, beautiful woman inside and out with a heart of gold who would do anything for anyone. Her family was everything to her, always beaming with pride when it came to her children and especially her grandchildren. Throughout her family, all the children gravitated to her, each sharing a special bond with her.
Karen was a huge animal lover of all kinds, especially her horses, Angel, and Keeno. Enjoying every minute spent riding and caring for them for many years.
Karen will be greatly missed by so many who loved her dearly and will continue to treasure the time and all the special memories they had with her.
A Memorial visitation for Karen will be held Sunday, July 31, 2022, from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Family Funeral Care – Rockville West, 5791 Rockville Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46224, immediately followed by a Celebration of Life at 2:00 pm.
