Judith Elaine Scott, age 80, of Lebanon, Indiana passed away on Monday, November 18, 2024 at her home after a lengthy illness. She was born in Indianapolis, Indiana the daughter of the late Wilfred Raymond and Mary Wilma (Lambert) Wheeler and she graduated from Ben Davis High School Class of 1962. She accepted Christ at an early age and was an active longtime member of Ben Davis Christian Church where she and her husband Marvin were active with the Rize Kids Mission of the church. She was an avid quilter and gardener and canned from her garden. She enjoyed traveling, fishing, camping and most of all spending time with her family. She retired from OCS Industrial Gas. Judith was preceded in death by her parents, 2 daughters, Kim Wundrum and Debbie Mann; her sister Melinda Pieper and her husband Alen, brother, Bill Wheeler and wife Maryjo also preceded her.
Judith is survived by her husband, Marvin Lee "Scotty" Scott; 2 children, Kimberly Michelle Medeiros and her husband Dennis and Thomas Minor and his wife Tabitha; bonus kids, Theresa Cole and her husband Kevin, Rhonda, Lisa Peterson and her husband Robert, Richard Scott and his wife Angela, Laura Younger and Christy Scott; her sister, Janet Boeldt and her husband Jack; 13 Grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and her fur-babies Max and Cody
Funeral services will be private and inurnment will be in Lincoln Memory Gardens.
The family has ask in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Ben Davis Christian Church Rize Kids School Bus Fund, 701 S. High School Road, Indianapolis, IN 46241 or online at www.bdcc.org
