34, of St. Louis, passed away November 13, 2017. Jeff was born December 23, 1982 in Cricklewood, IL to Jeffrey Lyndon Welty and Mary Grace Cox. He is survived by his long time girlfriend; Brittany Morton, son; Aiden L. Welty, mother; Mary Grace (Michael) Cox, grandpa; Vince Bresnahn, sisters; Jamie (Tim) Riley and Katie Leonard, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and his dog; Coco. Memorial services will begin with speaker at 4:00 pm Saturday, November 25th, in Family Funeral Care with visitation for immediate family beginning at 1pm and open to public from 2:00 pm until time of service.
