Governor Willis Smith Jr., age 74, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Wednesday, September 13, 2023.
A memorial service for Governor will be held Saturday, September 23, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Fountain Square Church of Christ, 1041 Spruce Street, Indianapolis, IN.
