She was a lifetime member of Mt. Carmel Church and retired as a Clerk from the United States Postal Service.
She was married to Oliver Smith Marshall. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Mitchell Woodson, Sr., & Ruth Gaddie Woodson and siblings, James Mitchell Woodson, Jr. and Theodosia Ida Woodson.
Mrs. Marshall leaves to cherish her memory and celebrate her life, children: Anthony Marshall (Reggie A.), Joycelyn R. Johnson, Pamela T. Maxwell and Deborah D. Oatts (Nathan); grandchildren, great grandchildren and a host of extended family, church family and friends.
Her visitation will take place on Thursday, February 26, 2015, 9am – 11am, with the Homegoing Celebration commencing at 11am in Mt. Carmel Church, 9610 E. 42nd Street, Indianapolis, IN.
