Derek Lee Livingston

Beech Grove, IN to Bryant and Teresa (Warrix) Livingston.

Derek loved his family. Many of his Sundays were spent at his parent’s house, which consisted of

laughing, eating, and creating memories around the dining room table. He particularly enjoyed attending

events for his children; such as sports events, ceremonies, club meetings, and school functions. He also

enjoyed fishing, hunting, and camping with his brother, brother-in-law, dad, son, and cousins. He was

always known as a prankster, and he could make anyone smile. He and his nieces and nephews would

often be found participating in pranks, shenanigans, and anything else that the children enjoyed. Anyone

that knew Derek would say he strove to bring happiness to those around him, and he would often put

others’ needs before his own.

Derek is survived by his parents, Bryant and Teresa Livingston; his children, Emma and Christian

Livingston; his siblings, Joshua Livingston and Candace (Livingston) Richardson; and his nieces and

nephews, John Henry Livingston and Audrey, Gabe, and Noah Richardson.

Derek is preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Charlotte Warrix and Paul and Bertha

Livingston.

A visitation for Derek will be held Thursday, April 22, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Trinity Worship

Center, 200 Lenvoil Road, Martinsville, IN 46151. A funeral service will occur on the following day at

10:00 AM at Trinity Worship Center. Derek will be laid to rest at Floral Park Cemetery, 425 N. Holt Rd.,

Indianapolis, Indiana 46222, following the funeral service.
