Charles Smith

Charles "Chuck" Smith, age 76, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Sunday, April 30, 2023. Charles was born in Winamac, Indiana the son of Corbett and Jane (Gamble) Smith. He was a US Army Vietnam Veteran and was a retired truck driver. He was preceded in death by his parents and his daughter, Barbara Rhoades. Charles is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Tom Smith and Tammy;his sister, Cathy Everage; son-in-law, Allan Rhoades; grandson Dillon Rhoades and his wife Jaymee; step-grandchildren, Kaelin, Kennedy and Trent Rains and a step great-granddaughter, Maeve Tinkle; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation for Charles will be held from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m., Sunday, May 7, 2023 at Little & Son Funeral Home-Indianapolis, 4901 E. Stop 11 Road, Indianapolis, IN 46237. A celebration of life will follow at 3:00 p.m. Military rites will be conducted by the US Army and the IMMHG.
