Arthur J. Mance, age 67, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Wednesday, April 17, 2024.
A visitation for Arthur J. Mance will be held Saturday, April 27th, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Mt. Vernon Community Baptist Church, 709 N. Belmont Ave., Indianapolis, In, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM.
