Albert Joseph Schacke

Albert Joseph Schacke, age 80, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Saturday, July 9, 2022. Albert was born May 13, 1942 in Indianapolis to the late George William Schacke and Mary Josephine (Sinel) Schacke. Albert was a forever painter and he loved animals. Albert is survived by his wife of 57 years, Janice (Miller) Schacke; son, Billy Schacke; sister, Nancy Richey; grandchildren, Kaylee Boyd, George Schacke and Elizabeth Ross; nieces, Kristina Rasnake and Kay Ann Loviscek; and Aunt B (Billie Knoll). Albert was preceded in death by his parents. The family of Albert would like to invite family and friends to a gathering on Friday, July 15, 2022 from 2:30 PM until 5:30 PM at Northside Events & Social Club, 2100 E. 71st Street, Indianapolis, IN 46220. To honor Albert's final wishes, a private family gathering will take place. Albert will be laid to rest at Washington Park North Cemetery (The Wishing Well). In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to an Animal Shelter of your choice.
