Lillian was born in Walsh, AB. and grew up on the family farm. In 1951 she married Jack McKenzie and they moved to Regina, SK., where they raised a family. She lost her husband Jack in 1977 and soon after went to work for the Dept. of Veteran Affairs. She retired to Katepwa Beach where the family spent summers since 1956.
Lillian was predeceased by her husband Jack Jr. and son Tom A.
She is survived by daughter Christine; sons Scott and John; grandchildren: Candice, Brian, Kiefie-Dawn and Vanessa; six great-grandchildren and her 99 year old sister, Ella.
During her 96 years, Lil has travelled extensively, including 3 trips to Australia. She had taken on many roles in her life, including the best as our loving Mother. God bless you Mom.
A private family graveside was held in the Regina Cemetery.
