Teresa was born in Marshall, MO., on November 27, 1950, To Raymond and Virginia Day. She married her God given soulmate Steve in 1989, and they were married 25 years until Steves passing. Eddie Emmons is her only son.
She loved the Lord and was a faithful attendee to church. She touched so many people throughout her life with love, humor and servitude. She worked for 36 years as a nurse and was caring for others until the last days of her life. If you were known by her as "Dew" or "Sissy", that was her way of saying she loved you.
She is preceded in death by her parents Raymond and Virginia Day, and brothers Leonard and Leroy Day. Her legacy lives on with her son Eddie Emmons, his wife Chris, her granddaughter Kyleigh, her husband Justin, her granddaughter Abbie, and her husband Chandler, she also leaves two great grandchildren, Justin and Kyleigh's children, Raeleigh, and Brayten. And many other family members and friends.
There will be a reception at the funeral home immediately following the Committal Service at the cemetery, please join us as we continue to celebrate a life well lived.
