Tena Patricia Baker, age 66, of Independence, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, April 25, 2023.
Tena is survived by her spouse, Denny Whiting, her children, Katelyn Martinez, Chrissy Gorman, and Sarah Baker and her grandchildren, Aiden, Connor, Lily, and Sofia – passed away after complications of surgery on Tuesday afternoon, April 25th, 2023.
She was a hard-working single mother for most of her life, always making sure to provide for her children. She met Denny and moved from Massachusetts to Independence MO in 2001. The love between them is something any person could only wish for.
Tena will be very missed. We will be holding a celebration of her life very soon and will provide an update with a date and time once we have the details.
