Troy was born May 28, 1962 in Independence, Missouri.
Survivors include his son Justin Shelton, parents Arthur Fred (Sharon) Shelton and Theresa (Kenny) Evans, sisters Stephanie (Steve) Chapman and Vickie (Alan) Arnold. Nieces and nephews Andi Chapman, Kristen Johnston, Kelsey Arnold, Nick Arnold Cade Arnold and Matt Johnston, great nieces and a great nephew Kendall Arnold, Ellie Arnold and Braxton Arnold.
A celebration of life for Stephen will be held Friday, December 17, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Newcomer's Noland Road Chapel, 509 S NOLAND RD, INDEPENDENCE, MO 64050.
