Nancy was born to Frank and Mary Taylor and was part of a large family. She is survived by three brothers; Jack, Jim and Mike Taylor. She is survived by her three children, Cheryl (Tom), John (Sandra) and Terry (Tracy) eight grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews whom she stayed in touch with on a regular basis.
Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Mundy and will be buried with Jack in Sacramento, California, as she wished.
Nancy’s favorite things were making friends (as she never knew a stranger), chocolate, ice cream, dragon flies, reading and making banana bread for friends and strangers alike.
Nancy was an Oncology nurse for many years and after retirement, she volunteered on that same unit. She also kept the library in her apartment complex neat and organized.
Family was important to her, as she even organized a family reunion years ago in California with over 70 people attending from all over the United States. Her family loved her. Nancy was the glue of our family and will be dearly missed.
We love you mom.
