Brenda Kay Shepard, age 53, of Parkersburg, West Virginia passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2023, Independence, Missouri.
Brenda was born August 28, 1969, in Parkersburg, West Virginia to Cecil Blaine Shepard and Dorothy Louise Shepard.
After graduation from Parkersburg High School, she became a CNA and was employed by The Willows Nursing Home in Parkersburg for 13 years. She later employed by Wal-Mart for several years. Brenda and her mother were called to Gather to Independence on September 24, 2018. She was then employed by The Groves and worked there until her passing.
She is survived by her mother Dorothy (Shepard) Dalton; brother Steven Blaine Shepard and wife Ibtisam and 2 nieces, Crystal and Katelyn of Michigan; and a nephew Casey James Shepard who is serving in The United States Air Force.
Brenda will be inurned at Sunset Memory Gardens in Parkersburg, West Virginia. With Brenda's wishes they family will not be having any public services.
