Shannon Patrick Crowley

Born in Hudson, NY, he also grew up and attended school in Newport, RI.

For many years, he lived in Centerville MA with his wife Susan Crowley and beautiful daughters, Tara Crowley, 19 and Kaitlyn Crowley, 18. He was blessed with a granddaughter, Ava Martin, 10 months ago. Shannon returned to Newport in 2015 where he met and lived with Shelley Mathes and Riley, their Cocker Spaniel.

He leaves behind his sister, Helen Bronwyn Crowley, Newport, daughter Tiffany Floyd with baby Kellen-Janior Floyd, of Grapevine, TX, his brother, Brian Crowley, Warren, stepbrothers, Brennan Shannon, Newport, Dennis Shannon, Newport and extended family.

He was pre-deceased by his mother Sheelagh Sullivan Crowley, father Dan Crowley stepfather John Shannon, and dear friends Stevie Barlow, Newport, Mike Simmons, Newport, and Damien Gordan, Newport. Shannon cherished his family and loved his friends, who were an intricate part of his life.

We will always miss the twinkle of his beautiful blue eyes and smile that could light up the night.

A memorial service will be Monday, November 21, 2016, 12-noon at St. Joseph's Church, Newport.
