After a courageous five-year battle with Ewing's Sarcoma, we are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our beloved fearless warrior, Ryan Arthur Graham, 40, of West Barnstable on September 17, 2019. He passed away peacefully at Cape Cod Hospital, with his wife, son, brothers, and sisters by his side. If you've met Ryan, you've loved him. He has been the selfless, upbeat, shining star of the village he has built around him over the course of his 40 years with us. He has taught countless people to always strive to be their best, to live each day as it comes, and to take care of those they love.
Ryan loved many things, like electricity, new gadgets, cars, trucks, and fast toys, days at Crowe's Pasture, and being outside; tinkering with anything he could get his hands on. But more than any of that, he loved being surrounded by those he loved most.
Ryan is survived by his loving wife Lindsey (Garrant) Graham and his adoring son Benjamin of West Barnstable as well as Ella Maki, who he considered a daughter, of West Barnstable, and his beloved dog Lilly. He is also survived by his parents Robert and Joyce Graham of West Barnstable, his paternal grandfather Richard B. Graham of South Yarmouth, his sister Colby (St. Peter) Joyce and her husband Sean of Newburgh, Maine, his brother Jacob St. Peter and his wife Cristina of Barnstable, his sisters Lee-Anne Saccone and her husband Mark of Osterville, Julie Talbott and her husband Shawn of Draper, Utah, Nicole Vermette and her husband Jason of Marstons Mills, his paternal aunt Dawn Graham Callachan of South Yarmouth, his maternal uncle Lawrence Olliver and his wife Kathy, of Acton, his maternal uncle David Olliver, of Missouri, his in-laws Jeanne and Edward Garrant, of Barnstable, his best friend and brother and sister-in-law Ryan and Tracy Garrant, of Kingston, and his brother-in-law David Garrant, of Barnstable. Ryan has many nieces, nephews, and cousins that he is also survived by. He is predeceased by his late mother Jean St. Peter of Dennis, his late paternal grandmother Dona Graham of South Yarmouth, his late maternal grandmother Grace Olliver LeCates of Dennis, and his late maternal grandfather Howard LeCates of Dennis.
Visiting hours will take place on Saturday, September 21st from 11am to 2pm at Doane, Beal & Ames, 160 West Main St, Hyannis, MA 02601. A Celebration will follow; details available at the funeral home.
