RET SFC William Joseph Brumm

It is with great sadness that the family of William Joseph Brumm, 81, of Huntsville, AL announce his passing on 20 Nov 2018. William Brumm was born in Appleton, Wisconsin on 26 Feb 1937. William Brumm will forever loving be remembered by his wife of 59 years, Anneliese Brumm; daughter, Karen Brumm. William was predeceased by his son, Peter Robert Brumm.

Also left to cherish his memory are his sister, Patricia Geenen of Kaukauna, WI; brother, Robert Brumm of Appleton, WI and many dear friends.

William served his country for 20 years in the US Army with a tour in Vietnam. William also retired as a Civil Servant on Redstone Arsenal, AL. He served his community by volunteering for the Red Cross at the Huntsville Women's and Children Hospital for many years. He was an active member and usher at Our Lady, Queen of the Universe Catholic Church. But mostly he was an excellent husband and father.

Visitation will be at Valhalla Funeral Home on Winchester Road on Friday, 23 November 2018 from 1 pm - 2 pm. Funeral Services will begin at 2:00pm in Valhalla's Chapel with Full Military Honors.
