Stella Corbin, age 90, of Toney, Alabama passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at her home. Stella was born in Georgia on August 7, 1934. She is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Corbin.
Left to cherish her memory are her son, Kenneth Corbin, Jr.; two daughters, Kathy Kimbrough and Dianna New; brothers, Jim Henson, R.L. Henson, Jerry Henson; sisters, Barbara, Dot and Brenda. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Stella was an incredible mother, grandmother, and sister. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
There will be a private service for Stella. She will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband at Valhalla Memory Gardens, Huntsville, Alabama.
The family would like to sincerely thank Hospice of North Alabama for their exceptional care of Stella, and especially wish to recognize the nurses who took care of her, Kevin, Danielle and Ashley.
