Ruby Frank Taylor

Ruby Frank Andrews Taylor, Age 93 passed away peacefully at her home in Huntsville Alabama on Thursday April 27th 2023. Ruby was born on January 27th 1930 in Southern Alabama. She had a twin sister named Ruth. They were raised by their grandparents and family. Later in her adult life she met and married Bobby Nolen Taylor. They had 2 children Cary Earl Taylor and Deborah Taylor Markham.

Ruby was a library assistant at Grissom High School. Her and her family attended Hillwood Baptist Church for a long period of time. She continued going until COVID, followed by other health issues.

Ruby was survived by her daughter Deborah Taylor Markham, 5 grandchildren, Jennifer Markham Davis, Jeffrey Markham, Brandi Markham Knox, Jaqueline Taylor Shell, and James Taylor. She had 4 great grand children, Paige, Lauren, Nathan and Madison. She was preceded in death by Ruth Gilcrest (sister) Bobby Nolen Taylor (husband) Cary Earl Taylor (son) Daniel Markham (grandson) and Jonathon Markham (grandson). Ruby will be remembered for her generosity and the way she loved her family.

The visitation will be held at 698 Winchester Rd Huntsville AL 35811, Valhalla Funeral Home on Monday May 1, 2023 at 12:00 pm, followed by the funeral at 1:00pm.
