Paskel Gene Plunkett

Paskel Plunkett, 88, passed away on Sunday, July 3, 2022 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Paskel is preceded in death by his loving wife, Alice K. Plunkett; parents, Lundy and Josie Plunkett; three brothers; three sisters.

Left to cherish his precious memory are his two daughters, and their husbands, Janice (Tim) Ledbetter of Toney and JoEllen (Glenn) Walls of Hazel Green; two sons and their wives, Johnny (Darla) Plunkett of Hazel Green and Jerry (JoAnn) Plunkett of Tallahassee, FL; 14 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchild.

Paskel enjoyed woodworking, traveling, camping, spending time with family, watching Westerns, Tom & Jerry and Mollie B Polka. He was loved by his family, especially his grandchildren. He has been reunited with his sweetheart, Alice whom he loved with all of his heart.

You may visit with the family on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 from 1:00-2:00pm at Valhalla Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will begin in Valhalla’s Celebration Chapel at 2:00pm.
