Marcella "Marcie" Jane Rigsby, 68 of Fayetteville, TN passed away at her home on Monday, November 30, 2020. Marcie was a native of Minor Hill, TN. She attended Minor Hill High School and was a member of the basketball team. She went on to attend North Alabama College of Commerce in Huntsville, AL.
Marcie was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved dog, Chigger. Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Rickey Rigsby; sister, Tina Weir (Jamie); brother, Todd Pickett (Wonda); two nieces, Brittany Douglas (Zach), Megan Pickett (Wesley Wright); one nephew, Jasper Weir; great niece, Ellie Rose Douglas; great nephew, Dakota Ray Wright.
Marcie was of the Baptist Faith. She loved to cook and was famous for her pecan pies, dressing and sweet potato soufflé. She was a Tennessee Vols fan. She will be deeply missed by all that knew and loved her.
You may visit with the family on Friday, December 4, 2020 from 12:00pm until 2:00pm at Valhalla Funeral Home. Funeral Services, officiated by Eddie Graves will begin at 2:00pm in Valhalla's Chapel. Burial will immediately follow at Valhalla Memory Gardens in the Garden of Crosses.
