Jesse Roy Berry, 81, passed away Saturday. Left to cherish his precious memory is his brother, Carl Berry of Daleville, AL. His daughters, Elizabeth Roozitalab of Alpharetta, GA and Elaine Lozano, Dacula, GA; his sons, Saul Lazalde, Alpharetta, GA, John Berry, Huntsville and Andy Berry, also of Huntsville. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren. Jesse Roy Berry was a veteran of the US Army, rank of SSG, retiring after 20 years of dedicated service. He served in the Vietnam war and received the Purple Heart. After his military career, he chose to serve the U. S. Postal Service as a mail handler.
Pall Bearers are, John Berry, Hugo Lozano, Justin Lozano, Jeremy Damron, Josh Dempsey and Hossein Roozitalab. There will be a visitation at Valhalla Funeral Home, Tuesday, January 24, 12 to 1:45pm, with a service to follow in the Valhalla Chapel 2pm. Graveside Service with Military Honors.
