Hugh is lovingly remembered by his former wife, Wilma Reed of Huntsville, AL and his daughters, Jona (Jerry) Johns and Lisa (Mark) Davis, both of Meridianville, Alabama; his son, Shannon (Jennifer) Perry of Madison, Alabama; three brothers, Donald Ray Perry, Phillip Perry, and Doyle Perry; and two sisters, Lou Jones and Sue Tomlin. He also leaves behind five cherished grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Hugh was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Joyce Jones and Lois Christie.
A Funeral Service to honor Hugh’s life will be held at Valhalla Funeral Home in Huntsville on December 18, 2024 at 2:00 pm. Visitation will precede the service from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm, followed by burial at Valhalla Memory Gardens.
Hugh’s memory will live on in the hearts of his family and all who knew him. May his legacy bring comfort to those he leaves behind.
