Thomas J. Tomlinson

Thomas will be lovingly remembered by his mother, Blanche Braeunig and step-father, Phillip Braeunig, his sister Tracie Adams and her daughters Tiffany and Brittany, his sister Joan Lynn Silber, her husband Ted Silber, and their children Jenna Storey, Kerin Grisafi, and Jordan Silber, his daughter Kate Tomlinson Jeuregui and her husband Steve and their sons, Mac, Dean and Crew, as well as his many grand-nieces and nephews.

Thomas was a lover of antiques and history, spending many blissful hours searching through thrift stores for a unique find. He enjoyed shopping in New York City or at the Italian Market in Philadelphia, where he would sift through the wares for that diamond in the rough. He appreciated the finer things and sought a life surrounded by beauty and abundance. He had an eye for aesthetics, which he enjoyed putting to use working with plants in the garden or arranging gorgeous floral displays.

Thomas had a generous heart that touched all that met him. He enjoyed volunteering with older adults through his parents' church. He was the life of many parties and was able to use his gift for hospitality in his work as a party planner and host at the Striped Bass and Maggios’s. His quick wit and even quicker tongue were known to cause uncontrollable fits of laughter, sometimes at the most inopportune times. Thomas had a way with words, but not only that – his face could tell an entire story with a single look. Through his life, Thomas was the source of immeasurable joy and countless smiles shared by his family, friends, co-workers, and acquaintances. He will be deeply missed.
