Joseph S. Lanzi Sr.

Joseph was a communicant of the Assumption BVM Parish in Feasterville. He was an avid sports fan. He coached baseball and football for the Assumption BVM Parish and the Lower Southampton Athletic Association. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. He also enjoyed fishing and trips to the casinos.

Joe was the beloved husband of Gemma T. Pedicone Lanzi for fifty-seven years. He was the devoted father of Joseph S. Lanzi Jr. of Langhorne, Gemma Lanzi (her fiancé John Walters) of Bensalem and Mark Lanzi, his fiancée Melissa Griffin, of Warminster. He was the loving grandfather of Robert Staas, Stephanie Staas, Ann Marie Lanzi and Anthony Lanzi; great grandfather of Blake O’Donnell. Joe is also the brother to his late sister Angela M. Jones who is survived by Janice Jones Weaver of Southampton and Thomas Jones of Philadelphia. Joe was also the loved brother-in-law to Rosemarie Pedicone, William Pedicone, Dennis Pedicone and his wife Barbara, Antoinette Pedicone and her late husband John Pedicone. Joe is also survived and loved by nephews and nieces: John Pedicone Jr. and his wife Marianne, Joseph and Cathy Spera, John and Donna Nolasco, Keith and Erika Larson & Adam and Toni Bausch.

Relatives and friends are invited to call on Monday, January 6, 2020 from 10 to 11 AM at the Assumption BVM Church, 1900 Meadowbrook Road (at Bristol Road), Feasterville, PA 19053. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 AM. His interment will be private, at a later date.
