Joseph E. Kramer, 94, passed away on June 13th, 2022.
He is survived by his children, David and Sheila, grandchildren, Bruce and Laura, and great- granddaughter, Sarah. He was preceded in death by his wife, Irene.
Affectionately known as “Pop-Pop", Joseph was born and spent his entire life in Philadelphia. One of the last of the greatest generation, he was known for his quick wit, humor, selflessness, and wisdom. Joseph was a structural welder, draftsman, shop foreman, business owner, and most importantly, a loving and caring person devoted to his family. They sure don’t make them like they used to.
