Albert was born on April 4, 1941 in Philadelphia, PA to John and Alva (Dahlberg) Carlson. He received his High School education from Olney and completed some college from Temple University. He had one son, Brett Carlson in 1983.
Albert had a passion for politics, music, travel, baseball, and Penn State Football. He was also an avid golfer and spent the majority of his career working in the golf industry by owning his own business of golf apparel and working at a variety of courses in Pennsylvania.
Albert was preceded in death by his father, mother, and his sister, Virginia. He is survived by his son, daughter in law Maria, and grandson Dean. Along with his brother John, niece Lisa, and nephews, Carl, and Gary.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in the fall of 2020.
