Michael T. Crawford, 60, passed peacefully away April 28, 2019 surrounded by his family at CHI St. Luke’s Hospital. He was born June 12, 1958 in Norwalk, California, the son of Carroll “Cal” Floyd Crawford and Jacqulin Marie (Taylor) Crawford.
Michael proudly served the United States Marine Corps after graduating from high school and later pursued his degrees in Construction Engineering and Business Management from Tomball College and Long Beach State University. In addition to his career in sales and entrepreneurship, he was a Renaissance man of many hobbies, talents, passions, and interests to include hunting, fishing, golfing, playing the guitar, riding motorcycles, and building model trains. He was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and held a deep, abiding love of his Savior, Jesus Christ, and all of God’s creatures. Second only to his love for his Savior was his love for his family. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his daughter, Shannon Nicole Willmore.
Michael is survived by his sisters, Cheri Crawford and Ret Speck; his wife, Lisa Ann (Boggess) Crawford; his daughters Tara Celeste (Willmore) Richmond, Megan Justine (Willmore) Spicer, Erin Rene (Willmore) Norton; and his beloved granddaughters, Shannon Eleanor Richmond, Liza Lynn Richmond, and Genevieve Arabella Richmond.
A service of his memory will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, May 3rd at Calvary Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery, 21723 Aldine Westfield Road, Humble, TX 77338. A visitation will also be held May 2nd from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday evening.
