Marion "Buddy" Arvey Carr entered into rest on February 21, 2020 in Houston, TX at the age of 85. He leaves behind his wife of 62 years, Marcia B. Carr. Two Children – Pam Cranston and her husband John, and Paul Carr and his wife Pam. Buddy was born in Cerro Gordo, OK; raised in Borger, TX. He served in the Navy and subsequently became an Air Traffic Controller. He enjoyed reading and his family.
Six grandsons - Lance Peele and wife Courtney, Chris Carr and wife Gracie, Carey Carr and wife Chelsea, Scott Peele, Nick Peele and his wife Lauren, and Sean Carr and his wife Bianca.
Great Grandkids – Tyler King, Lincoln Parsons, Hayden Peele, Cayden Carr, Skylar Peele, Walker Peele, Savannah Carr, Ella Rose Carr, Levi Peele, and Riker Carr.
Buddy had four sisters – Oneita McDowell and husband Bill and Linda Dillard and husband Bob will feel his loss and two of his sisters will be waiting in heaven for him – Royleen Carr and Frankie Reed. Along with his father Roy Carr, mother Sybil Carr, and step mother Lois Carr.
He has an extended family of in-laws, nieces and nephews. He has touched many of their lives.
