I will miss Janet's ready smile and gentle spirit. I got to know her when we were teaching Baha'i children's classes at Candy and Dennis Decker's house, and Janet was always a big help in getting the lesson and crafts ready. She will be missed in the League City Baha'i community.

Although I am deeply saddened by by Janet’s departure, it brings me joy to think of her continuing to grow and bring blessings to her lovely family from the next world. She was devoted and firm in her faith in Baha’u’llah and she showed it every day by serving her family, her neighbors, the community, and all that might cross her path. Her love  penetrated the world and made it a better place, how much more powerful is that love now from the spiritual realm! May God bless the continued progress of this shining soul and console her loved ones in their grief, and let all remember the steadfastness of this maidservant of God and her devoted passion for service, especially to her beloved family.

Janet will always be remembered by her pure, kind and loving  heart.  Her children and grandchildren are proof of what a caring mother she was by always providing them with spiritual guidance and unconditional love.  We will forever miss her effervescent smile and gentle spirit.  

Ms. Janet was a excellent lady I knew through her husband Kris Lott. She always had a smile on her face regardless  of how she was feeling.  

Kris your in my mind. I hate it for you but at least she's no longer hurting. Bless you man...


Janet was a gentle soul and saw the best in everyone. She was devoted to her family and friends. Everyone is sad for our loss, but we know she is smiling down on us from her heavenly home. 

She was always a very sweet lady and loving wife, mother and grandmother. The world has loss a wonderful woman.  She will be a great void to us all. God bless your soul. 

To my extended family,my heart is trully broken for the loss of Janet. I haven't seen  her much since the move to Houston area but I have so many fond memories as a child having sleepovers and celebrations of various types. Janet will be truly missed by all. My prayers are with you all.

There are no words that can be spoken that will take away the sorrow of losing a loved one.. Janet touched the lives of so many with her gentle love & kindness. I knew her when she was raising her children. Her home was full of love, laughter, creativity, cats & kids.

We will always remember Janet's sweetness and her kindness to everyone.   She was a blessing to all---a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.  Our love and prayers are with all her family.

I didn’t know Janet well, but she touched my life. I moved to the neighborhood in 2006 and didn’t know anyone those first few years. Janet chatted with me when we chanced to meet during a walk. From this exchange I knew of her Baha’i faith and of her role as a grandmother.  I have since made many close connections and friendships in the Newport  subdivision, but I never forgot Janet. I’ll be making a donation to Houston Interfaith Ministries in sympathy.

My condolences...I'm sorry to hear about Janet.  We moved away from the Clear Lake area 10 yrs ago but I remember her as a caring mother and gentle soul, always helpful and supportive of the friends and showing up in Baha'i activities as much as she could with her family.  I will keep her and her family in my prayers.
