Donna was a devoted and loving mother and grandmother. She was very proud of her family and held such an excitement to be a “Mamaw” to her 4 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and countless nieces and nephews. Donna loved holidays and family get-togethers; any chance to spend time with her family was important to her. She found the most joy in spending hours cooking and preparing for her family get-togethers. Donna also had a long-standing relationship with God and was very devoted in her faith all the way to the end of her blessed life. Through out her life, she prided herself in both her faith and being a pillar to her family.
Donna is preceded in death by her father Wilbur Green, her mother Catherine Green, her daughter Paula Scott, her sisters Wanda Hudson, Eileen Christmas, Jean Underhill, Shirley Isaacs and Gail Dorsey, as well as brother Robert Green. She is survived by her son Paul David Brown Jr, Grandsons Aaron Scott, Matthew Scott, and Nicholas Brown, Granddaughter Kinsey Scott, Great granddaughter Addison Dill, and countless nieces and nephews who were, in her eyes, her extended children and grandchildren. While she leaves behind many broken hearts at her loss, her family rejoices in the reunion she has ahead of her in heaven.
Family and friends will gather at the Calvary Hill Funeral Home in Humble, TX, on Thursday, October 29th for Visitation from 11:00-1:00 p.m. immediately followed by a Funeral Service at 1:00 p.m.
