Elmer Thomas Campbell was born in Oklahoma on July 26, 1932 and passed away October 27, 2019 at the age of 87. He is preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Mona Susan and his loving wife Eva. Tom is survived by his three daughters, Sheila(Ken) Johnson, Gayla VonMiller, and Susan Campbell. He was blessed with nine grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
Tom called Oklahoma his home until he entered the Army and served his country with dignity and honor. After his time served in the Army, he chose to reside in California. He met the love of his life, Eva and they built their life together raising three daughters. Tom was a man of many talents which include fishing, race car driving, but his passion was found in team roping. He was a champion roper and horse trainer. In his later years, his love for God was expressed through poems and songs. His legacy of love will always be remembered by his family and friends. We will miss you, go rest high on that mountain.
Graveside service will be held at 10:00am, October 30, 2019, at Lakewood Memorial Park.
