William Glenn O'Neal

After graduating from The Center for the Retarded, Billy worked in their sheltered workshop for many years. Later, he attended the Reach Unlimited Learning Activity Center. Billy actively lived forgiveness and unconditional love. He was extra special in every way. The family would like to express a heartfelt thanks to so many special educators, healthcare workers, Reach, and all who took time to give him a smile.

Billy was preceded in death by both of his parents, grandmothers Edna Andrews & Blanche O'Neal Hill, and brother-in-law, Bret Maddux.

He is survived by siblings, Kathleen Parker and husband Robert, Becky Wolfe, Melanie Maxie and husband Jeff and Kevin O’Neal and wife Pam; nieces and nephews, Meaghan Parker, Jenny Lentz and husband Bobby, Kaitlyn Parker, Brianna Wolfe, Michael Maddux, Adam O’Neal, Molly Maddux, Zachary Maxie, Sam Maddux, Kelsey O’Neal and Kaylee Lentz; along with numerous other loving family members and friends.

Visitation will take place on Sunday, May 6, 2012, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home 13001 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas 77079. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, May 7, 2012, at 10:00 a.m., at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
