Victor Michael Dugan, of Katy, Texas passed away on Wednesday, July 13, 2022. He was born in Troy, New York on July 22, 1946 to Arthur and Sarah Dugan. He was married to the love of his life, Moraima Grinnell. He had a career in Oil and Gas with Exxon Mobil for 40 years.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Sarah Dugan.
He is survived by his wife, Moraima, son Christopher, and son-in-law Rod. He is also survived by nieces and nephews who he doted on: Rachel and Michael Condon, Amanda and Alexis Couch, and John Houdek. He is also survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Maria Couch and countless other friends and family.
Funeral Mass to be held at St. Laurence, Catholic Church, Sugar Land TX, on July 22, 2022 at 10:00 am.
