Tiffany Michelle Lassere Parkin was born to Paula and Michael Folse on December 28, 1970, in Thibodaux, Louisiana. She went to be with her Lord and Savior on September 5, 2021. On August 18, 1989, Tiff married Russell Allen Parkin and became Tiffany Lassere Parkin and they were blessed with 5 daughters.
Tiff lived a life of servanthood to her family, community, and her Lord. Tiff would tell you that she was far from perfect, but that her Lord sent his son to die for her. Not because of anything that she did, but because He loved her. By Christ’s blood on the cross, she was saved and was seen as perfect in God’s eyes.
Tiffany was preceded in death by Michael Folse, her parents, Paula and Eugene Lassere, and her father-in-law, Allen Parkin. Tiffany is survived by her husband, Russell Parkin, daughters, Alexandra Parkin, Cassandra Parkin, Miranda Torres and her husband Ray, Victoria Parkin, and Virginia Parkin, her sisters, Elizabeth Naquin, Samantha Whitt and their husbands, her mother-in-law, Ginny Parkin, and many other family members and friends.
