He was born January 7, 1952 in El Campo, Texas to Joseph John Baca and Eva Marie Tillery Baca. He was a 1970 graduate of El Campo High School. He married Brenda Sue Blaydes on January 1, 1982 in El Campo, Texas. He retired in 1993 as a Master Sergeant serving as the Texas Army National Guard Recruiting Office Supervisor for the Corpus Christi area. He served in both the United States Air Force and the United States Army. In the Air Force he worked in the Medical field. In the Army he started his career with a transportation unit and worked as a unit administrator for a combat engineer unit. He moved to the Houston area where he worked as a Recruiter, achieving honors as Rookie Recruiter of the Year and Recruiter of the Year. He also worked as a counselor for the Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS). Thomas was a very sensitive man who loved his family and his Pugs. He is survived by his wife Brenda Blaydes Baca, their children, Thomas Bradley Baca, Jr., Eric David Baca and his wife, Caitlin Adams Baca, Kacie Marie Baca and her wife Jessica Selena Baca. Grandchildren, Zachary David Baca, Mason Thomas Baca, Erin Ashley Baca, and Riley Kay Baca. Thomas leaves a brother, Joseph Bartholomew Baca and wife Patricia. Thomas leaves many nieces and nephews. Thomas left an impression on everyone he came into contact with. He was a man of honor, dignity and integrity.
